China: The world’s cleverest country?

There are many negative aspects on how the Chinese government rules their people, but I must admit that their choices regarding their educational system seem to be correct. At least this is what I conclude after reading this:

Education is a fundamental right and should be free everywhere, from pre-school to PhD. Because knowledge should be free and everyone should be willing to share and spread what they know. If only we tried that for a change in our world…
